Varicose Veins: 6 Home remedies

Varicose veins can be bothering and ugly. Basically, they are damaged veins wher blood does not circulate well. Their color turns to half purple haf blue, they are dilated and twisted. Normally, the leg pump the blood present in the veins to return it back to the heart. In the varicose veins case, the veins do not work anymore due to the leaflets that do not respond. Thus, the blood flows in the opposite direction causing the vein to get wider.

It had been estimated that between 15% and 30% of the population suffers from varicose veins, and mostly women. Beside its bad appearance, varicose veins have many other symptoms such as pains, heavy legs, redness, dryness, cramps, etc. In this article, I will share with you some old natural remedies  that help healing the varicose veins.

Cider Vinegar

Cider vinegar is known for its cleanign vertue, it naturally cleanses the body and improves the blood circulation. Hence, when the blood flow gets better, the pain and the swelling decrease.

The tip: Gently massage the area where you have those blue veins with cider vinegar. Repeat this operation every morning and befre going to bed. Also, you can poor two teaspoon of ceder vinegar in a glass of water and dring the potion twice a day for a month.

Olive and Vitamin E oil

Mix the two oils in equal parts and massage the concerned areas. Repeat this operation twice a day for 1 to 2 months.

Sport

Exercising promotes a better blood circulation, thus you should exercise once a day for at least 30 minutes.

Cayenne pepper

This pepper is rish in vitamin C and other molecules that stimulate the blood flow and by the same mean, relases the pain of swollen veins. The recipe, mix a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper with 1 cu^of hot water. Drink this remedy up to three times a day for 1 or 2 months.
