Tips for reducing enlarged pores

It is always helpful to understand the source of the problem before treating it.

Many factors can cause the dilation of pores, such as : heat, excess use of tobacco, alcohol or fatty food, random makeup removal, facials not adapted to the type of skin…

Fortunately, there are beauty tips to help your skin prevent dilated pores. All you have to do is to adopt a daily skin care routine :

Cleaning

Cleansing your skin is not enough, you must clean your skin daily : morning and evening. A classic makeup remover will not be enough to clean and aerate the pores. For this, you should be equipped with a micellar water or a cleaning gel.

If you have sensitive skin, micellar water will be particularly suitable and will gently cleanse your skin.

Scrubbing

If your pores are difficult to clean, the scrub will be your best ally. It allows to unclog the skin of all its impurities and purify it. However, be careful not to abuse: scrubbing more than once a week may attack and dry your skin. Do it preferably in the evening and apply a moisturizer afterwards.

Moisturizing

Contrary to popular belief, oily skin with dilated pores needs to be hydrated as much as any other skin. And it is not because you hydrate your skin morning and evening that the production of sebum will be more important!

Face masks

Like scrubs, they are strongly recommended once a week. The most efficient ? The one made of clay, which you can easily make at home!

For this, mix equal parts of water and pink clay powder. When you have obtained a fairly consistent paste, apply it on the whole of your face, leave it between 10 and 15 minutes and rinse.

Tip +: For immediate pore reduction, wrap two ice cubes in a clean towel and massage your skin for about 30 seconds.
