Also, our eating habbits have a great impact on our nails’ health.  To maintain, nourish and fortify their nails, our grandmothers used very effective natural products. Here are 4 of their secrets!

Nothing is more annoying than dirty nails. To dislodge impurities, you should think about brushing them regularly. To do this, sprinkle your nail brush with dietary bicarbonate and brush gently under your nails. If you do not have a nail brush, a toothbrush will perfectly work.

Lemon to strengthen the nails

Your nails are brittle and dull? Use the nourishing and whitening powers of lemon! Pour the juice of 1/2 lemon in a bowl and soak your fingers for about ten minutes.

Olive oil to strengthen the nails

Olive oil will make your nails more resistant. To do this, simply apply it with a soaked cotton swab. Leave on for 15 minutes then rinse.

White vinegar for brittle nails

Your nails are strained throughout the day, and so that they do not break, they must be strengthened. For this, white vinegar is the ideal partner! In a bowl, mix 250 ml of hot water with 2 tsp. Of white vinegar. When the solution is ready, immerse your fingertips in it for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and wipe gently.
