How to use :
Start by peeling and grating 15 g of beets as finely as possible.
Add 1 tablespoon of glycerin and heat in a water bath for 15 minutes and allow to cool. Filter everything using a chinois and then pour into a small airtight pot. You should get about 15g of mixture. Before using it, put your preparation in a cool place for 1 hour.
