Dark Circles: 4 natural solutions

Dark circles appear due to various causes, it can be fatigue, bad eating habbits, cigarettes, or not drinking enough water. In this article, I will share with you some tricks to reduce your dark circles.

The cucumber

Cucumber, made with 95% water, is an incredible source of hydration. It also brings copper, which promotes the formation of collagen.
The trick: Cut two slices of cucumber and let them cool for 1 hour minimum in the refrigerator. Then lie down, keeping your head slightly elevated, and place a slice of cucumber on each ring for 15 minutes, keeping your eyes closed.

Cold on the eye contour

On contact with the cold, the blood circulation is stimulated and the lymphatic tissues are regenerated, which helps to reduce dark circles. The cold also makes it possible to decongest the pockets.
The trick: make two pockets of ice by wrapping ice cubes in a fabric that you will apply to each eye. If you prefer, you can also apply on your eyes the back of a metal spoon previously cooled in the refrigerator and leave to act for about 10 minutes.

Lemon

Lemon juice will be your ally against this problem! Soak 2 cottons of few drops of lemon juice and place them under your eyes for about 10 minutes. If you repeat the operation every night, you will get better results.
The complementary tip: add a few drops of olive oil to the lemon juice to combine hydration and discoloration.

The Chamomile

The great chamomile and the Roman chamomile were used by our grandmothers to make disappear the pockets under the eyes. Infuse 1 tsp. Chamomile of your choice in 200 ml of boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Then, soak 2 cottons of your infusion and let them cool a few minutes in the refrigerator. Finally, put the cottons for about 10 minutes on your eyes. You can keep the infusion up to 2 days in the refrigerator. You can also boil hot water in a saucepan. Let infuse 2 sachets of chamomile infusion for 10 minutes. Place the bags in the refrigerator as they cool. Lie down and apply a sachet on each eyelid. Leave on for 10 minutes.
