The Three Must-try Anti-aging Facial Masks

As we grow older, we do face a lot of changes in our bodies, skins, hair, and so on.. And well, we have to deal with all of these age spots, wrinkles, skin tags, hair loss, and other imperfections our bodies undergo naturally as we age. Indeed, there are some changes than one cannot avoid whatsoever! But guess what? Your habits, practices, and lifestyle can still have a great impact on speeding the appearance of these.

  1. CARROTS AND EGG MASK

> What is Needed:

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Egg

Take one carrot, grate it. Then beat an egg with a fork until the yolk and white are mixed. After this, add a teaspoon of of the carrot that has been grated earlier and mix the two components. Once you have the mixture ready, gently clean your face, then apply it on your face and neck and leave it for half an hour. After 30 minutes, you can rinse using cold water, then apply your usual moisturiser or hydrating serum/oil.

For a period of 10 days, you can repeat the same process and apply the mask every day. After that, you should give your skin a break for a week and then continue to use the mask two or three times a week afterwards. In less than a month, you will be able to notice the difference as the spots will be disappearing and the skin will be much softer and healthier.

2. PARSLEY MASK

> What is Needed:

  • 1 teaspoon of Parsley leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Oats

In order to prepare your mask, you need to take a teaspoon of parsley leaves, ground beforehand, and mix them with a teaspoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of oats.

Gently apply the parsley mask to your face after you wash it and leave it on for twenty minutes. After that, wash your face with cold water and then apply your usual moisturizing cream or serum. You can use this mask once every two days if you have a normal to oily skin. However, If you have a dry skin, you can apply it twice a week. This mixture has a shining and lifting effect, allowing the skin to stay hydrated and soft.

3. BANANA MASK

The banana mask is by far the easiest one that can ever exist, since all it needs is a Banana! So, take your banana, cut it in small parts, and then puree/mash it. If you have a dry skin, add a little bit of sour cream to the puree.

Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for twenty to thirty minutes. After that, wash your face with cold water. You can use this mask several times a week, depending on your needs and wants. The banana mask allows the skin to look fresher and healthier. It works like a gentle exfoliator and is therefore ideal for removing age spots.
