Each type of food is necessary for the proper functioning of the body. On the other hand, it is necessary to respect certain proportions to provide the body with what it needs, without ending up with food excess. Or the opposite without too many restrictions. Each meal must contain cereals or its derivatives. You should eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day.
Don’t forget dairy products at every meal. This can be a portion of cheese, yogurt or milk for breakfast. Proteins are very important because they strengthen the muscles. Make sure you include meat, fish or eggs once or twice a day in your recipes. Although they are essential, fats should be limited, as should sugars. Remember that no food is forbidden.
