Recipe of the Day- Chicken and vegetable wok
1. Ingredients / for 4 persons

  • 300 g of Vegetables Wok
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 3 cm fresh ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 30 g roasted and crushed hazelnuts
  • 50 g cashew nuts

2. Directions

  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Preparation: Fifteen minutes.
  • Cooking: 10 min.
  • Rest time: 1 h
  • Total Time: 1 hr 25 min

A. Cut the chicken into pieces.
B. Marinate the chicken pieces with the chopped garlic and ginger and the soy sauce for 1 hour.
C. Heat the oil in a wok, add the marinated chicken pieces and leave to fry for a few minutes on high heat.
D. Add the cashew nuts, stir-fry and then add the vegetable wok.
E. Continue cooking for a few minutes.
