Imperfections that appear without prior notice tend to make us want to cry and turn crazy. Especially that they always tend to appear at that exact time of the month/week when you have special occasions/events such as a date, a presentation in front of 100 people or a job interview… Fortunately, you can easily hide these annoying pimples with a few simple tricks…
Cleaning up the pimple zone
Pimples should be taken care of as soon as they appear, to prevent them from leaving marks on the skin or getting bigger (no thanks!). The first thing to do in this case is to clean the area of the face where the pimple appears with a cleansing solution. Using a cotton swab or make-up remover disc, gently dab to purify the area. So, rule number one consists of cleaning up the affected area from all possible impurities.
Covering up the pimple: Use the concealer
It’s time to take out your concealer tube and cover up these embarrassing creatures! Opt for an organic product that will help you hide the pimple and avoid irritating it at the same time. Make sure you select your concealer very carefully, matching your skin type and texture. Put a little cream on the tip of your index finger or a cotton swab and gently dab the imperfection until it is completely gone. If this leaves a trace of a different color, don’t worry! We’ll be dealing with that part in Step 3.
Apply your foundation
To say goodbye to the little pimple, apply your usual foundation. While applying the foundation over the concealer, be careful not to aggressively touch that part too much, as it should stay where it is, so as not to hide your foundation.
