Sensitive Skin: 5 skin cares to adopt

People with sensitive skin should be vigilant and careful. There are simple recipes from our grandmothers to moisturize and cleanse the face without any aggressive agents.

A smoothing milk

Very effective, this preparation makes it possible to clean the face in depth. In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp. honey with 1 tsp. of cream. Apply this milk generously to the skin of the face before rinsing gently with flaming hamamelis water.

Oat mask

This mask will help you  keep a soft and beautiful skin. Take 10 g of oatmeal and plunge into 50 ml of hot water. After ten minutes, when the flakes have swollen, simply add 2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt to the preparation. Place the mixture on the entire face and massage in circular movements for fifteen minutes. Then rinse thoroughly.

A basil lotion

Basil can be used as a lotion for your skin. Simply, dip 10 fresh basil leaves into 200 ml of very hot water. After boiling, turn off, cover and let infuse for 15 minutes. Finally, filter the mixture and pour it into a flask using a funnel. You can use this lotion twice a day by applying it to your face with a cotton pad.
