Japanese Mask for a Younger Skin

A miraculous remedy for a younger skin is an old myth that many brands are trying to sell. In fact, aging is the one thing that we can’t control. Still, we can pay attention to our skin and leaving habbits in order to stay youg longer. In this article, I will show you an old Japanese homemade mask that will hydrate and tonify your skin. We already discussed the benefits of avocado, coconut oil, jojoba oil, and all other vegetable oils. Today, I will show you a new unusual ingredient that has many vertues: RICE.

Ingredients

  • 3 spoonfuls of organic whole rice, you can find it in specialized stores. You need organic  without pesticides or chemical elements. Hence, we will get all the natural properties of rice.
  • One and a half spoonful of distilled water.
  • Two spoons of avocado.
  • Half a spoonful of honey.

Recipe

First, you will have to cook the rice. It is true that you will need only a small amount, but the mask must be freshly made to benefit the maximum from its virtues. Warm it until the rice softenes, and then separate the rice from the water. Reserve the two ingredients.

Then, put the rice in a container and add the avocado and honey. Using a spoon, stir well to create a homogeneous and fine paste. When ready, apply it to your skin.

Leave on the face for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Then, when you remove it, take a cotton pad and clean your face with the rice water reserved. This way, you exfoliate and treat small spots and impurities.
