Essential oils are treasures of virtue for your skin and hair. It can be used in various ways such as holding off mosquito, or in a diffuer to purify the air, or as a beauty ingredient. In this article, I will show you 5 essential oils that will help you upgrade your daily beauty routine.

Acne War:

  • Lavender essential oil:

This one is a real miracle, apply the oil locally on the pimple, and there you go. It effectively fights pimples because it helps the skin to heal and regenerate.

Bonus: This essential oil is well-known to release anxiety. Either by spreading it in a room with a diffuser, or even by applying 1 to 2 drops in the hollow of the wrists.

  • Rosewood essential oil

Antibacterial and regenerating, it is the perfect combo to overcome the pimples. It can be used locally, or diluted in a vegetable oil (jojoba, argan, hazelnut, etc.)

More commonly known for its aphrodisiac side, ginger essential oil can be incorporated into small amounts (1-2 drops) in your usual shampoo to combat hair loss.

You can also use it to massage the scalp of your head, this oils attribute boost the blood flow which makes the hair grow faster.

  • Rosemary essential oil:

This one boosts the hair growth and help against the nervous fatigue. It is a must in your beauty kit. You can poor some drops in your shampoo or use it to massage your scalp. In case of stress and fatigue put 1 drop on the hollow of your wrists.
