Recipe for egg, avocado and carrot mask

Here are three natural ingredients that will allow your hair to regain vigor and strength. Take half an avocado, an egg yolk and a peeled carrot. Stir the peeled carrot to the mixer, so as to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Mix the avocado, and add it to the carrot, with the egg yolk. Mix together until a creamy paste is obtained. Apply this preparation to the entire scalp and let rest about twenty minutes. Rinse with warm water and use your usual shampoo.

Let macerate 20 g of fresh rosemary in 1 l of cider vinegar for 15 days. Filter and pour the vinegar into a glass bottle. Before your usual shampoo, rub your scalp for 10 minutes with this lotion.
