Cellulite: Get in Shape for Summer with this Drink !

Summer is coming ! We need to start to get in shape for the amazing activities associated to this season. Of course, you need to go to the gym, but you also need to pay attention to what you are eating. Also, you should start to make some homemade juices and recipes that help to detoxify the body. You can try the cider vinegar with hot water mix in the morning, but it does not test very good.  In this article, I’m going to share with you a homemade anti-cellulite drink made of cranberries.

You will need :

  • A glass cup
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 250 ml of hot water
  • 50 ml fresh lemon juice
  • A sachet of green tea
  • 30 grams of cranberries

Preparation for 1 cup

  • Pour the hot water and lemon juice into the cup.
  • Add the green tea bag.
  • Incorporate the cranberries then mix.
  • Let the brewing mixture steep for at least ten minutes and enjoy.

Grandma’s advices:

  • You can drink this juice made of lemon and cranberries in the early morning, on an empty stomach.
  • It is possible to do a 15 days cure.
  • To add a little freshness and a touch of decoration to your drink, you can put some fresh mint leaves.
