Anti-fatigue Patches: A Homemade Recipe

I recently noticed in all makeup tutorials, the use of anti-fatigue patches. You know, the fancy one that sticks under the eyes and give a fresh and rested look. Again, high prices for a product that might work but contains too many chemicals. And here I come with an amazing homemade patch that will save your life.

You did not get enough sleep, or you are just too tired of studies, work, or home routine? You have under eye circles or puffiness ? This homemade anti-fatigue patches recipe is for you !

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon powdered gelatin
  • Cooking paper

Recipe:

Start by drawing the shape of the patch on the cooking paper. Then, in a bowl put the freshly made coffee and add the gelatine. Mix it all together until you have an homogeneous paste. Next, Put the mixture on the baking paper. Try not to exceed the drawn area. Let it cool and cut with scissors. Place the patches under the eyes and leave them for 15 to 20 minutes then remove.
Coffee helps reduce dark circles and reduces puffiness under the eyes. Gelatin gives the texture needed for the mixture and facilitates the absorption of caffeine through the skin.
